FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT ?

No. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice, we do require you to sign an agreement to get your authorization to enter your home for weekly visits while you are away.

WILL THE SAME PERSON INSPECT MY HOME EVERY WEEK ?

Yes. In most cases the same person will inspect your home to become familiar with it and build a relationship with the homeowner.

CAN YOU PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE ETC ?

Yes. We can forward you proof of our business license, insurance, workers comp, and background check.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST ?

It depends on the size of your home, our costs are very reasonable so please contact us to learn more about our affordable program.

HOW DO YOU COLLECT PAYMENT ?

You can pay weekly, monthly or annually via bank transfer, check,  or  PayPal.

WILL YOU INSPECT THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF OUR HOME ?

Yes. During every weekly inspection we complete our 25 point inspection report which covers both inside and outside, we then electronically send you the inspection report.

WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU FIND A PROBLEM ?

If we find a problem we document it with photos and videos as needed, we will contact you and if needed retain the services of one of the many trusted vendors we use.

WHAT AREA DOES ORLANDO VILLA WATCH COVER ?

Orlando Villa Watch covers Osceola, Orange, Lake and Polk counties in Central Florida.

MY ALARM COMPANY PROVIDES SECURITY. WHAT DO YOU ADD ?

Alarm companies monitor entry into your home, we inspect for potential problems that can occur due to broken pipes, mold, pests. We identify them and can facilitate any repairs.

DO YOU PROVIDE KEY-HOLDER SERVICES ?

Yes. We can co-ordinate access for any situation including utilities and third-party vendors.

WHAT TYPE OF REPORT DO YOU PROVIDE ?

We provide a detailed electronic report with photos, if needed. We use a proprietary system specifically designed for Orlando Villa Watch.

IF I NEED CO-ORDINATION WITH CONTRACTORS, CAN YOU HELP ?

Yes, we can provide access for vendors and remain in house if needed. Although Orlando Villa Watch does not do any maintenance themselves, we do have access to over 50 trusted vendors who will work with the homeowner directly.
